3. USER ACCOUNTS AND REGISTRATION

4.2 Billing Terms

- Subscription fees are billed in advance - Monthly subscriptions renew automatically - Annual subscriptions provide cost savings - All fees are non-refundable except as required by law - Prices subject to change with 30 days notice

4.3 Payment Processing

- Payments processed securely through Stripe - We do not store credit card information - Failed payments may result in service suspension - Users responsible for applicable taxes

4.4 Cancellation and Refunds

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL SNEAKVALUE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO: - Loss of profits or business opportunities - Investment losses based on AI predictions - Data loss or corruption - Service interruptions or downtime - Third-party actions or omissions

11.3 Maximum Liability

Our total liability for any claims related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
